Brown Sugar Commissioned Cakes is a small-scale cake business run from home in Livingston, West Lothian Producing Wedding, Celebration, Novelty and Sculpted cakes. If you are looking for something unique then look no further. I offer a specialized service where individuals can have a cake tailored to meet their requirements, with one-off designs at very competitive prices.

As for myself, I am a qualified chef since 1988, and worked for Jenners department store ( Edinburgh) as a cake decorator for 2 years, leaving there early 2003, when I moved to Livingston. Having had a Grandma who was a baker and cake decorator, I have childhood memories of watching her decorate Wedding cakes in Royal Icing long after she had retired. Well, there must be something in the geans, as I now find myself doing much the same thing, but in a different way.

Wedding /Celebration Cakes

Novelty / Sculpted Cakes

I produce Novelty cakes suitable for kids and adults alike. Just bring me your ideas and/or their interests, and I will make something that is truly personal to them.
